【Terms of Service (ToS)】
Please read carefully before commissioning. By booking a slot, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Scope & Files

Service: Live2D Rigging only. This service does not include checking, fixing, or cutting illustration parts.

Deliverables: Runtime files only (.moc3 / .json, etc.). Source files (.cmo3) are NOT for sale.

Motion: I will create the best possible range of motion based on the PSD file provided.

Minor Revisions: Each Live2D project includes up to 10 free minor revision rounds. These are limited to small adjustments such as localized physics strength tuning and fine parameter value tweaks.

Major Changes: If a requested revision involves major changes (for example: altering the pose, significantly expanding the range of motion, or requiring additional artwork, part separation, or reconstruction), or if the number of revisions exceeds the free allowance above, the request will be reviewed based on schedule availability and willingness to proceed.
If we agree to undertake the changes, the client will be required to pay an additional adjustment fee.
If we decide not to proceed, we reserve the right to decline the change request outright.
2. Timeline & Rush Orders

Standard Timeline: Minimum 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after file confirmation. Complex models may require more time.

Rush Order / Priority Scheduling:

Fee: Total Price + 70%

Detail: Work will start immediately or on a specific requested date with priority handling.

3. Payment

Deposit: 30% of the total price upfront to secure your slot.

Balance: Remaining 70% to be paid upon completion and confirmation of the model.

Methods: Bank Transfer, International Wire Transfer, PayPal.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after the final files have been delivered.
4. Warranty & Revisions

Warranty: 12-month free support for technical errors (e.g., glitches, parameter bugs).

Restrictions: No major changes are accepted after the project is closed (e.g., art replacement, adding new expressions, or requesting a remake). Such requests will require a new quote.
5. Portfolio Showcase

The finished model will be showcased in video format in my portfolio.

If you need to keep it confidential (e.g., for a debut), I can hold the showcase for up to 6 months upon request.
